Yoga 101 is a 10 week course of gentle flow classes designed specifically for beginner yogi’s or experienced yogi’s looking to revisit their foundation. Topics covered in the class include an introduction to postures, breathing techniques, meditation, studio etiquette, safety, nutrition and more.
Included in Yoga 101:
- Five, 90 minute yoga classes with your Yoga 101 group
- Five additional classes of your choosing from our weekly schedule (expire 10 weeks after start of course)
- 10% off private sessions during the 10 weeks
- 10% off a 12 class pass when purchased within 30 days of the last Yoga 101 class in the series
