Foam rolling (also known as ‘myofascial release’) incorporates the use of a foam rolling block to stretch and stimulate the tissue. Rolling improves the environment of your muscles, providing hydration and organization. Foam rolling can also ease body aches and improve your proprioception (your sense of your own body’s orientation in space).

Everyone needs foam rolling.
