Slow Flow is a 60 minute flow style class focusing on building strength and stamina in our bodies and minds. Each class focuses on postures that aim to grow the foundation of your practice helping students as they continue to deepen the aspects of their practice. Each class starts with a gentle warm up and moves into a time of powerful standing and strength building postures. To end class, students are guided through a time of stretching and openings in the muscles and savasana or deep relaxation. This class is suitable for students who feel comfortable moving from to floor to standing and back to the floor.
