A special 75 minute class giving you time and space to sweat and relax. We will begin with the yin yoga style to find release in our connective tissues and create space and integrity in both our joints and our minds while removing deep blockages to internal energy flows. The yin postures focus on the hips, pelvis, lower back, and knees, helping the body to remain supple at its core. The second half of our class we move into a more active yang portion. Yang yoga is the rhythmic, flowing repetition of movements that require strength and balance. Practicing in this way does amazing things for your back! Each class will consist of about 30 minutes of Yin Yoga and 30 min Yang Yoga with Savasana (relaxation) at the end of class.
