Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower paced asana practice. Postures are low to the ground using props to support the body encouraging gently and deep stretching and are usually held for 2-5 minutes. Yin yoga is beneficial for newer students getting started in yoga, athletes looking for deep stretching, and experienced yogis looking for depth and variety in their asana based practice.
