Yoga 101 is a 5 week course of gentle flow classes designed specifically for beginner yogi's or experienced yogi's looking to revisit their foundation. Topics covered in the class include an introduction to postures, breathing techniques, meditation, studio etiquette, safety, nutrition and more.
Course includes :
- Five 90 minute sessions with your Yoga 101 Group
- 5 additional group classes of your choosing to be used within 5 weeks of the start of Yoga 101 classes
- 10% off Private sessions during Yoga 101

- Yoga mat
- A journal
- Beth Shaw's Yogafit 3rd edition
Recommended Materials:
- 2 Yoga Blocks
- 1 strap or old tie
- 1 blanket
- 1 large pillow or yoga bolster
