The yoga wheel is an amazing prop used in yoga to help you feel and organize your body. Using a wheel invites students to find leverage into the posture as it assists you in growing strength, finding proper space in your body, and establishing a strong sense of balance in postures. This class is open to 8 participants and works with any of our regular memberships and passes. You MUST make a reservation!
