Yoga  drills is a 45 minute class designed to encourage students to challenge their complete yoga practice through drill based asana. In this class you can expect to build strength, stamina, and learn the power of transitions in a vinyasa flow class.

Each class will include:
  •  a yoga based warm up
  • time in yoga drills to build strength, stamina, and understand how the body should move for safer strong yoga postures and transitions
  • specific flows helping students apply what they felt and learned
  •  short savasana will end each class

You will be able to take this strength and knowledge you learn into your personal
yoga practice to help keep your movements strong and safe. A drills class includes repetitions of
exercises or postures to advance you inner will power and personal drive. This class will
challenge you as we incorporate a new perspective of building strength within the arms, legs,
abdominals and the mind. You will break a sweat for majority of this class so don’t worry there
will be a wonderful savasana at the end.
