Mala, Mantra, Mindfulness & Motion: Tools to Calm the Ever-Present Chatter of the Mind

Join Jennifer McIntee and Michele Carole at Beyond Bending Yoga on Saturday, August 3, 2019 from 9am-4:00pm for a Yoga day-retreat featuring a Mindful Mala-Making Workshop. Participants will make and use their own personal Malas, choose an individual Mantra and gain knowledge about the practice of Mindfulness, while engaging in the Motion of yoga. No prior experience is necessary and everyone will take away a beautiful new mala necklace and some skills to help you sustain focus in your everyday life and calm the mind-chatter that buzzes in the background.

Mala-making materials are included in the price of the retreat and, of course, there will be food, yoga, and the joy of learning as a community.

Please bring a journal and a pen or pencil as you will be given time to reflect. All reflections are for your eyes only unless you would prefer to share them.

Retreat is nonrefundable after 7/11/20.
