Yoga Nidra is a class offering a chance for deep rest and relaxation.

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably on the floor in a basic relaxation posture,  a systematic meditation moves your awareness from the space you are in, through your physical and mental body, and deep into the subconscious layer of our being. This is the easiest form of meditation as all you have to do is lie down and listen.
