Movement and Meditation

One of the primary purposes of the yoga asana and pranayama practice is to prepare for seated meditation. In our movement and meditation class we'll do just that: take time to move and warm the body, utilize the breath to clear space in the mind, and then enjoy time practicing and learning about meditation.

This class will be held in the lower level of Mission Valley Physical Therapy. This is a series of 10 classes beginning on June 9 and ending August 18 with no class being held on July 21. The cost is $125 for the series or $100 for members of BBY Online our digital studio to support our students practice even when they can't be with us in person.

We need a minimum of 6 students for the class to run so grab a friend and come yoga with us!
