Meditation is one of the facets of Yoga and can take many forms. In this two hour workshops we'll take time to learn basics of meditation, practice a few forms of guided meditation, and learn the many forms meditation can take. This workshop is beginner friendly and a great way to become more familiar with meditation and its benefits, as well as practices to begin practicing at home or in the studio. This class is a great compliment to our weekly movement and meditation class.
