All the goodness or restorative yoga offering deep relaxation with the option to add on passive assisted stretching from Jennifer. 

Restorative yoga uses props such as pillows, bolsters, blankets and blocks to support your body in each posture with the goal of being tension free in mind and body. We work on deep relaxation. 
Thai inspired Yoga stretch offers hands on assists to passively move your body through yoga postures for a grounding and relaxing experience.  Blend the two together and you have a powerful 90 minutes of time to rest and renew your body and mind. 

*assisted stretch is optional and not needed to enjoy the class. It is simply offered as an add on for students who are interested. Not everyone likes hands on work and that's ok!*
